Hello folks! I'm happy to announce that all the plushies and pins from the Kickstarter campaign have been shipped out!

Most of you should have received your plushies by now. Please remember that your pins may arrive slightly later as they are shipped from a different location.

UK ORDERS: All packages have been shipped out! Plushies and Pins are arriving together. Tracking is only available if you selected tracking on Etsy. Expect between 3-5 weeks for delivery.

Shipping Update

Hello folks! I'm happy to announce that almost all orders have shipped!

US orders

All US orders have been shipped. Plushies have been shipped with tracking, extra pins will arrive in a separate package, untracked. Expect the pins to take between 2-4 weeks for arrival from Canada.

If you have not received tracking for your plushie yet, feel free to reach out to me.

International (non-UK) orders

All plushies have been shipped with tracking. Additional pins will be shipped out by the end of the month. These pins will be untracked, but should take between 2-4 weeks to arrive from Canada.

Canada orders

Shipping has started! All plushies will ship by the end of the month. There is a slight change of plans. Plushies and pins will be arriving separately. Pins are being shipped untracked by the end of the month.

Since the plushies are arriving from the US, there may be minor customs fees, between 1-5$. Since this was not outlined in the campaign, I will gladly refund any customs fees incurred for any Canadian orders. Although the fees will be miniscule, please send me a copy/proof of fees and I will refund you the fees through PayPal.

UK orders

UK orders have not begun shipping yet. I am waiting for the warehouse to send me the units to my address in Canada. Due to the VAT rules, I have to send these orders from Canada, so that there are no large customs charges. I'm hoping to be able to begin sending these out mid September!

200 US plushie orders have shipped!

Hey folks, just a quick update on the status of shipments.

Things are going well, with a few small hiccups, as expected.

US Orders

About 98% of US plushies have shipped out, that's a little over 200! The last few stragglers will hopefully ship out next week. There was a stocking issue at the warehouse, but that should be sorted soon. If you haven't received your tracking number yet, you are most likely in the small group that hasn't shipped yet. Please be patient, they'll be shipped soon!

This is for the first package. Extra pins that are part of your order will come in a separate package. There's an issue with purchasing the labels for shipment, so this is delayed slightly. All the pins are packed, now I'm just waiting to be able to buy the shipping labels. I'm told it should be sorted soon.

Canada and International

These orders will begin slowly shipping out, starting late next week.

Additional pins will also arrive in a second package for most of these orders

Hello everyone!

Shipping has begun!

Over the next few weeks you will begin to receive tracking numbers for your plushies! 

Orders without any plushies are being shipped by the end of this week.

US orders will be next to go out.

Please note that you may be receiving two packages.

The first package will include the plushies, the freebie stickers and the Gelatinous Cat Treasure pin/keychain. This package will have tracking.

Additional pins/stickers will from my back catalogue be arriving in a second shipment shortly after. 

Canadian orders will be next

These orders should all arrive in a single package.

Followed by International/Overseas orders

The same will apply here as the US orders. Some may arrive in two packages.

I will post updates when each region has shipped out. So please be patient! Once your region has been updated, feel free to reach out if you haven't received your tracking number or have questions.

Below is a photo of the freebies plushie backers will receive (You will have chosen either the pin or keychain in your survey). These were also available as add-ons.

Hello everyone! I'm excited to share that the plushies should be arriving at the warehouse in the next week or so.

This means we'll be shipping out much earlier than anticipated!

There are a few things to note.

Backerkit will begin charging cards for add-ons and shipping fees starting Monday

Since shipping fees and add-ons were collected through backerkit, the funds haven't been collected yet. Now that shipping is coming up, backerkit will begin to charge the cards. You'll get a notification if there are any issues here.

Pins may arrive in a second shipment

If you pledged for a bundle with pins, or purchased pins as add-ons, they will arrive in an additional package.

The plushies and pins are being shipped out from two different locations. Logistically this is easier for me, as I have all the pins on hand. Any additional shipping costs from this set up will be covered by me.
